All orders within Thailand are eligible for free shipping. All international orders above 5,000 THB (~150 USD) are eligible for free shipping.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Thailand. For international shipping, we offer free standard shipping for orders over 5,000 THB (approx. ~150 USD or equivalent in local currency).
Once your order is placed, it generally takes 2-7 business days to process and pack. During high-volume periods, processing time may experience delays.

Yes, all Her Hyness products are dermatologically tested and all our ingredients are clinically proven, to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Her Hyness Squad membership program is a service that offers exclusive benefits to customers who purchase our beauty and skincare products, both online and in-store. This program allows members to accumulate points and receive various privileges.
1. Membership Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Businesses, resellers, non-individuals, and legal entities are not eligible to join the membership program.
- Employees of the company and its affiliates are not eligible for membership.
2. Membership Registration Process
- Add @herhyness as a friend on LINE, then log in to the membership program via the Rich Menu.
- Enter your phone number and verify with an OTP code.
- Fill in your personal details, including full name, date of birth, and email.
- Accept the terms and conditions of the membership program.
3. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every 50 THB spent on Her Hyness products.
- Points can be accumulated from purchases made through the following participating channels:
- Shopee
- Lazada
- TikTok Shop
- LINE SHOPPING
- Watsons
- EVEANDBOY
- BEAUTRIUM
- Konvy
- MULTY
- All About You
- Earning Points via Online Purchases (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop only):
- Earn points via the "Earn Online Shopping Points" menu.
- Copy the order number from the shopping platform and enter it in the designated field to claim points. The order must have a "Completed" status to earn points (i.e., the products must have been received and confirmed by the customer on the online platform).
- Points will be automatically credited to the account.
- Earning Points via In-Store and Other Channels:
- Upload photo of the receipt via the "Earn In-Store Shopping Points" menu.
- The receipt must be in good condition and no older than one month from the date of purchase for verification purposes.
- Points will be credited within 15 days after the receipt is verified.
- Only original receipts will be accepted; duplicates or previously claimed receipts will not be accepted.
- The company reserves the right to reject points for duplicate, copied or previously claimed receipts.
- If fraudulent receipts are detected after points have been granted, the company reserves the right to revoke the awarded points.
- Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to the account.
4. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards as specified by the company.
- How to Redeem Points:
- Access the "Rewards" menu.
- Select the desired reward (sufficient points are required for redemption).
- Provide the shipping address for reward delivery.
- Rewards will be shipped free of charge within 30 days for addresses within Thailand only.
- Points redeemed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The company reserves the right to change redemption terms without prior notice.
5. Account Management
- Members can check their points balance and transaction history via the "History" menu.
- Personal information can be updated via the "Profile" menu or by contacting customer service.
- Members must keep their login credentials and password secure and report any unauthorized activity to the company immediately.
6. Membership Cancellation
- Members can cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service during business hours.
- Upon cancellation, all accumulated points and benefits will be forfeited immediately.
- If, for any reason, part of this membership program (including special offers, exclusive vouchers, product updates, and recommendations) cannot proceed as planned due to computer viruses, network failures, fraud, unauthorized interference, or other reasons beyond the company's control, the company reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or terminate the program and inform members as necessary.
7. Membership Program Changes
- The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the membership program and the terms and conditions at any time.
- Any changes will take effect after being announced in the membership system.
8. Fraud Prevention
- The company reserves the right to verify transactions and points usage for accuracy.
- If fraud or violations of the terms are detected, the company has the right to terminate the membership and revoke all accumulated points.
- Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or use.
- Forging receipts or purchase evidence.
- Reusing receipts for points accumulation.
- Using the membership for resale, hoarding, or illegal activities.
- Unauthorized access to the company's system or data.
9. Transfer of Rights
- Points and memberships benefits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- In case that the member passes away, all accumulated points and benefits will be automatically canceled.

11. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
- By registering or using the membership program, confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the membership program shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled according to the applicable laws of Thailand.
- The company reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms, and its decisions shall be final.
